Holly Reeve

Holly Reeve is CEO and co-founder of HydRegen, delivering bio-manufacturing technologies for cleaner, cost-effective chemical production. She obtained the first in-lab results for the HydRegen technologies during her MChem and DPhil research at University of Oxford, and also completed Strategy and Innovation training at Saïd Business School. From 2016, Holly led a 5-year, £3m IB Catalyst translation project that de-risked their bio-manufacturing technologies. Since 2021, she has grown the team from 2 to 16 and secured over £3m in private investment. HydRegen is now on track to deliver 40% cost savings to customer processes at commercial manufacturing sale by 2027.
