Tim Corcoran

Tim Corcoran is co-founder and CEO of Deep Blue Biotech, a synthetic biology start-up making carbon-neutral chemicals for the personal care industry. Tim has over 30 years of experience working in commercial and leadership roles. During his time as a business development consultant, Tim worked with a number of cutting edge start-ups, helping them scale from concept through to successful exits. This experience, combined with his time as CEO of Master Investor, gave him the ideal exposure to the challenges and processes faced by synthetic biology companies seeking to take science beyond the lab and into the market.
