Dr Tracy White, Project Manager of the Scottish Ocean Cluster, brings a strong interdisciplinary background in marine science, pharmaceutical microbiology, and biotechnology. With extensive experience in identifying and commercialise high‑value opportunities from marine resources and seafood by‑products, she has built a career focused on unlocking greater value from side‑streams to strengthening Scotland’s blue‑economy potential. Tracy now leads the Cluster’s strategic development and early projects, working closely with industry, academia, and government to accelerate innovation and collaboration across the marine sector.
